The Geek Squad at Jersey City gets a 12/10! I had several issues with my PC for months and brought it in to this location to get it repaired. HUGE SHOUT OUT to Andrea, Steve, Avery, and Gerardo!!
They were extremely helpful and extremely patient with my machine and had no issues diagnosing the issues and continuously keeping me in the loop with updates regarding my device.
They know you're stuck with them
This Best Buy shop near New Port is relatively small, not many options on display, it's okay kinda Best Buy branch.

I needed a mouse and key combo for my asus rog ally x! I asked the attendant multiple times if this combo would work with it. She said she looked it up and that it would work with it. Got home to find out it does not. Then call to see what happened and the rep on the phone tells me you need a converter for the that mouse. That would have been fine if they told me that in the store. Got home to discover it doesn't work and now I have to go out of my way again to travel to this store, wasting more time and money! Commuting to and from this location is is going to cost me just as much as if I would get it on Amazon. I came to the store to pick it up and ready to use it for later and now will probably have to wait another 2-3days to get the proper equipment. It's mind boggling to think about having to go back to the jersey city location to again waste time and spend more money even if I was to get a refund I'm still loosing out on money!
P.S the fact that there no store number to the actual jersey city location is insane! I called the number online to get answers for them to tell me that this isn't the jersey city location but an online store.
