While on vacation we stopped by Best Buy to pick up a pair of Apple AirPods we ordered online for our daughter, and everything went really smoothly. They had the best price I could find, so that was already a win.
The pickup process was quick and easy, no hassle at all. The store was clean, the staff was friendly, and even the restrooms were well kept, which honestly stood out. Just a really solid, easy experience overall. Would definitely come back.
Sales was polite, 5 hour wait time for geek sqad. We are on tourist time. 😆
The staff here was so helpful. Location was well staff, clean and stock. Gentleman that assist us was very helpful in locating an item that was similar to what we were looking for which we purchase. We used Progressive leasing and this transaction only was completely painless as well. Thank you all for assisting us. Will definitely return.
This is up there as one of THE worst Best Buys I have been too. I was exchanging an item which was with in its warranty and had my receipt as well. The “supervisor” was saying that it can’t be done. I’ve NEVER had any issues before at any other Best Buy. But this one said “sorry, can’t do that” and the person saying it had attitude as well. Do NOT suggest anyone shopping at that location.
