Went inside to return something. I patiently waited inside in the customer service line which I was the only one in line. I waited about 15 - 20 minutes and nobody helped me. Some of the workers saw me waiting and just walked away instead of telling me to wait a little longer or sorry for the wait. One of the workers at the customer service area saw me waiting for about 10 minutes and then finished with the customer and walked away. At that point there were more people waiting behind me and after about 15 minutes I left. Now I’m here wondering if I can return this online to not deal with there customer service again

Don't ever buy an open box TV from Best Buy. A sales lady at this location, besides being unprofessional with one of her colleagues, told me the screen was in great condition with no issues, and the TV was discounted only because it didn't include the mount, remote, or box. I believed I was getting a great deal. She was either clueless or intentionally failed to disclose that this was a store display model OLED with ~4000 hours and severe burn in. After Geek Squad delivered and installed the TV ($150) I discovered this for myself. I was under the impression Geek Squad was supposed to watch out for these issues and protect the customer, but they either didn't notice or didn't care. Overall a very disappointing experience that led me to cancel my Best Buy credit card - won't be shopping there again.
