I've never had anything but a bad experience at this best. Buy. It's so much better to just drive to the next closest Best Buy for the better customer service. The managers here don't care about the customers at all and provide the worst service I've ever had at any Best Buy. Just do yourself a favor and don't come here

We purchased a TCL TV yesterday from the East Colonial Orlando Best Buy Friday. As we were running several errands, we elected to use the feature where the Best Buy employee brings your purchase to your car. Sounds easy....doesn't it. NOT!!!! From the time we used to link to let them know we were "here", in the parking lot to the time I realized this feature is a WASTE OF TIME, was probably 7 or 8 minutes. First, the link that was sent to me after my online purchase wasn't a link, it required the customer to download the APP. I didn't want the APP, I simply wanted my TV. OF course, it took a few minutes for it to completely download....then it wanted a bunch of demographic information. Then when I requested a code to be sent to my phone....NOTHING.....two minutes later I requested another link.......and NOTHING......Finally, I realized that the code sent to my phone didn't work and I then requested a code to my email address....and NOTHING. My wife who is very tolerant of these things was shaking her head in disbelief that the BEST BUY APP IS WORTHLESS. After wasting my 8 minutes or so using a defective app, we went into the store and after 5 minutes or so, got our TV. Even the employee admitted their APP SUCKS. IT's a shame that my experience with our NEW TV started out this way.....................

The store was unusually busy, yet there were not many customers. Requiring headphones, I waited ten minutes without assistance and subsequently placed an online order for pickup later that evening.
