Update: took my laptop to Apple. They fixed my computer in 20 minutes which bestbuy deemed “unfixable” when they did nothing on it. Was free too versus this geek squads $100.
Worst geek squad I’ve experienced at a best buy. Quoted me 2-5 days for an OS reinstall. At day 5 I called geek squad to find out it hasn’t even been worked on. When I went in person all they did was refund me and said “they were just about to call me” on day 6, when the agent online also said this repair only takes 1-2 days.
Very dissappointed as I’ve never had issues with geek squad before this location, and will just be taking my repairs elsewhere in the future.

Erick is amazing with the customer service and super friendly, Thank you Erick to talk with me about the laptop that i was looking. He had a lot acknowledge about the computers and TV’s.
It’s a bit difficult to find smaller items but the staff is helpful and points you in the right direction.
I don't know if i've ever given a bad review, but this was warranted just to warn others. Store is cool and no issues. Though, DO NOT buy an appliance from them. Delivery damaged an expensive fridge from theme (ok it happens), they forced us to take the fridge and deal with customer service/tech support. The tech to replace the door was overworked and couldn't schedule us in, changing times on us when we were told to be home.
Once we did finally get the guy to show up, he installed the part wrong, left out a gasket which rendered our freezer useless (wouldn't get down to temp and would condense everywhere). Tried calling back and they were once again minimally responsive and "too bad", we'll fit you in as able... even though it was a direct function of their repair forgetting a part. I purchased the part myself and installed to make life easy and called back. Twice i was told "too bad" in a nice way. Not the end of the world.. it's just a fridge, but for 2,500 i'd rather just spend 10% more and buy from a better place. You've been warned.
