Need to handle orders with common sense. i order a 5 pieces surround sound, photos show 5 pcs and my pick up only have 2 pieces. Not even in box. how it means ready for pick up??? what a waste of my time!

They sent off our tv for repair but it’s still not working after we got it back however the geek squad department emailed me back and gave options to troubleshoot. They have at least been helpful and trying to resolve it. The tv has network connection issues. It’s a fire tv from insignia
