We purchased a Roku TV that required replacing after only two weeks. While this was very disappointing, we were pleasantly greeted with great customer service--- super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in quickly completing the exchange. Great job, Ashley! Thanks for turning our frown upside down! :)
One of the worst Bestbuys there is.... Don't buy openbox from this location... To make a long story short... I returned a Laptop at this location... The associate never opened it... I could have put anything inside the box and been granted the return.... So later I go and get a TV opened box... They marked it open box excellent... But it's missing a remote.... That's not "open box excellent".... It should be marked somewhere that's it's missing stuff... Now I have to go spend money on a remote... Because I can't even get into the settings of the TV... This location is a joke
