I went to the Grek squad for help with my computer. I was seen in a timely manner by a agent who was great. He explained things in plain English and answered a long list of questions without hesitation and with much patience. I was totally satisfied and would have no hesitation recommending Best Buy to others.

Geek Squad waited till I showed up for my scheduled appointment to have a screen replacement just to cancel my appointment because they were having “network difficulties”. If that really was the case, a courtesy call would have been greatly appreciated as I had already made a trip out to the store.

This wasn't the friendliest place. We couldn't find anyone to help us. There was a man in the floor sleeping , looking as if he had been discharged from the hospital. The only person who could help was standing there watching the man sleep and conversing with another customer.

I usually dont write reviews but I couldnt help it this time how best buy gonna tell you that an item is in stock before you make a purchase on line then when you purchase it and they tell you you can pick it up within a hour and you call them to make sure they have it ready they wanna lie to you and say they dont have it in stock when they just told me not to long ago they have it in the back and will bring it up front I canceled my order with them and went to Walmart where I KNOW there'll have it in stock next time best buy dont tell a customer you have something and then come up with an excuse and say yall dont have it thats bad business practices and FYI on the website it said yall have it in stock so telling lies won't get no customer to ever come back
