I have had great experiences with all the staff at the appliance area at the University Best Buy. We bought the Cafe' series for our home and hit a few stumbles with installation. Each person we encountered was great and helped make it right.
Our dishwasher wasn't working properly and we finally swung by to see if we could get it resolved. The manager, I believe Korbin and Sidney were great! I wish I had kept the names of everyone who has helped us throughout the years, but Sidney stood out. He was empathetic and made us feel heard. They resolved the issue. Thank you
