The person behind a counter on his cell phone when asked if he could answer a question about cover for iPad pro 13 inch his reply was NO, I'm checking in vendors. Didn't even offer to get someone to help.
Ended up going to Office Depot and purchased cover.

As I see it and experience it....lack of staff.
You could be waiting 10 minutes or more for someone to come to your location and you need help. Experienced this at many BB's. And out of stock on many items.
