How do I check product availability at the Florence Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Purchased a tv and surround sound last July 2024 and paided over 300 for both of them for the warranty that was suppose to be for 2 years and I was told by the sales guy that sold me on it that if anything happen to them I could bring them back to the store and they would exchange for a new one and if they didnt have it in stick then I would get the upgrade well my surround sound isnt working right so took it to the florence location today and they looked up my warranty and said that I cancelled it which I did not the young girl told me that this has happen to someone else why would i cancell my warranty that I paided for that makes no sense well she got a manager and he was no help and had poor customer skills he tried to tell me that he could redo my warranty that I never cancelled who would xancell so.ething they paided for if that's the case refund me on my warranty that should be good for another year almost but he tried to tell me that he can resell me my surround sound for 200 and he will do the warranty over so they wanted me to pay for another surround sound to fix my warranty why would I pay 200 to purchase a surround sound that I paided to have a warranty on and who would cancell a warranty that was paided for amd good for 2 years makes no sense and then he says that what the sales man told me that assisted me in my sales about the warranty where if I have any problem just to bring back my produ t amd they would replace it right away and if that one wasnt in stock then I would get the upgrade that apparently that isnt true that they would take the surround sound that isnt working and send it to Sony to see if they will fix it if they cant fix it then I would get a replacement which is not how it was sold to me so they just say whatever to get u to buy a warranty and then come with some bull lies trying to say it was cancelled by me a joke why would I cancell a warranty I paided for where my products would be covered for 2 years I paided over 3 Hundred dollars for this warranty for both products it doesnt even make sense that it would be cancelled when there is no refund or anything so just a fraud on best buys part

Joe, the young manager has no customer service skills could not find a solution to help get packages delivered to customers that had ordered them needs training or needs to move on.
