The only reason I would walk into a Best Buy is the rare occasion when they have a better deal on something than any online outlets. I ordered a device for my Steam Deck this morning online for pickup. The first teenager who waited on me obviously didn't know what he was doing, tried to get a coworker's attention, but that coworker was distracted by three guys failing to pass credit checks to buy a PS5 on layaway. The teenager who was waiting on me goes to the back and brings back a camera, tries to scan it multiple times and I realize he grabbed the wrong item. He goes back and gets the right item and it says the order was canceled. His boss came out and eventually figured out it was her error.
I should have not bought online and just grabbed it off the shelf and saved myself ten minutes.

I came here a few times to get some parts for my laptop or tower and the staff was happy to help, then I cam in to buy a new laptop and after setting it up I found out the GPU was bad took it back to get a new one and they where happy to help, and when it came to wiping the old one it was taking a while to wipe and i had to still get to work so they had me Write down the password to the laptop and my email and phone number in case they needed it, I set up the new laptop and have not found any issues yet
