I came here a few times to get some parts for my laptop or tower and the staff was happy to help, then I cam in to buy a new laptop and after setting it up I found out the GPU was bad took it back to get a new one and they where happy to help, and when it came to wiping the old one it was taking a while to wipe and i had to still get to work so they had me Write down the password to the laptop and my email and phone number in case they needed it, I set up the new laptop and have not found any issues yet

Great store with annoying practices
You will find anything and everything you need BUT unless you are absolutely planning on buying it THAT very day DO NOT ask for help. Some people are very knowledgeable which can be helpful until they shift the tides while you're just trying to make figure out more about what you're buying. I promise they will make it their entire mission to get you to walk out with something like their life depends on it. You read everywhere that Best Buy employees do not make commission but my god do they make you feel like they do with how much they will try to convince you so beware asking for help unless you are absolutely buying whatever it may be.

I hadn't been to Best Buy in awhile. Man was I impressed. The Samsung employee helped me with my many questions!!
