Try calling to ask a question. The automated voice will leave you never wanting to go to a Best Buy again.
Avoid shopping at this location. I came in to buy a camera battery charger and asked the manager, Paola, to help me find the right one for my camera. She opened a box and assured me it was the correct charger. It turned out to be the wrong one, and because she opened the box, she refused to give me a refund. The managers Paola and Beth are extremely rude and unprofessional with terrible customer service.

I have never had a worse customer service experience. I went to the store to ask about getting a product in store instead of ordering online, and I was met with nothing but blatant rudeness. The advisor at the customer service would not even look at what I was showing her on my phone. She told me to just call Best Buy without even listening to what my concern was. I left the store feeling like I would rather buy things directly from product websites instead of ever giving Best Buy business again. If I could give it 0/5 stars, I would.
Experience staff. Very helpful and knowledgeable.
