We purchased a television and scheduled a date and time window for installation. They texted the day of with a time but arrived nearly three hours later. When shown the television to be removed we explained how we had a PVC pipe inside the wall through which the power cord would be and where at the bottom of the walk it would come out to be plugged in. They refused, saying by law they could not go into a wall. Well, the current cord is through a PVC pipe in the wall, installed by a contractor. So I beg to differ. They then had the nerve to try to sell us a kit that would have required more money and someone to install. I told them to take their television back and that we would never shop there again. They had the attitude that delivering electronics would be a wonderful job if only they didn't have to serve customers. Lousy experience. When I put a business on my boycott list it stays there.
