I bought an Ford Edge from this dealership. They were great to work with. We worked with Sean, and she was very helpful. We dealt with her primarily over the phone, and He addressed our concerns promptly and was very knowledgeable. When we were at the dealership and Sean was busy, we were also helped by Sam, and we recommend him as well. Alex in the finance dept went the extra mile to make our deal work. We've been to several dealerships, and this one was top notch. Each employee we dealt with treated us well, and we have no complaints, only praise. We'd definitely buy another vehicle from them. I visited Best Buy recently to purchase a new television. I spent at least 20 minutes browsing and comparing different models, yet not a single employee greeted me or offered assistance, even though several were present. It was disappointing to receive no support or engagement during my time in the store. Ultimately, I decided to leave and ordered the TV from Amazon instead, which was delivered to my home within 24 hours. Best Buy really needs to improve its customer service and attentiveness to shoppers.

Well we got there and couldn't find anyone to help us. Finally found someone and they called someone to help. That took FOREVER for them To come help. Finallllllyyyy got what we wanted. Was told I'd receive an email with the Pin number for the service plan we purchased for our hotspot device we also purchased. Well needless to say. Here it is 3 days later. Still no Pin number. Hours and hours of being on hold and on the phone with best buy and the plan I purchased which is Simple Mobile and NOONE can help me. Ended up getting back to the fact that I have to go back to the store to try to get this pin number!!! UGHHHHH

Stood around for over 5 minutes waiting to be helped. The one associate around was helping someone. So I waited until he finished. Then he just walked away. Not a single other person around to help. I called the store to talk to a manager and apparently stores don’t take phone calls anymore. It goes to a call center. Pretty pathetic. I’ll take my business somewhere that actually wants to help.
