Very disappointed with the customer service at the Best Buy in Fredericksburg, VA. I stopped in for help ordering a replacement dishwasher handle from the Best Buy website. Tim at the host desk told me Geek Squad only orders parts for repairs they're doing. When I asked if anyone else could help, he said, "Unfortunately not. Just try and figure it out." I understand if it's not store policy to order parts, but the dismissive attitude was disappointing. A little guidance or effort to help would have gone a long way.

I took my iPhone into repair there and long story short they replaced my phone. They completely lost old information and pictures on phone and completely unwilling to help and definitely never informed me of any of this!!!

I recently visited this store looking to purchase a computer. We had a knowledgeable and helpful associate assist us. We confirmed the price and that item was in stock. While associate was getting the product he came back empty handed saying he and the price tag listed was an incorrect and it’s $300.00 more. The price we agreed on was claimed as an open box item, rather than a Best Buy membership price discussed. We were disappointed with the lack of honoring the listed sale price. Shortly after we spoke to the manager and he stated an “error in the system “. We left the store with no sale. Went directly to another Best Buy and purchased the same product which had the same listed price. So this encounter has me confused on why there was a stark difference in service. From my perspective we were lied to.
