The cameras wouldn't turn on for me to check out and some employee came up offerin' help and I let him know the cameras weren't turnin' on and his response golden, "Have you tried turning it on?" I know I may not look the brightest but I am a photographer and videographer I know how to flip a button

Always great customer service.
Came into this location to pick up and order from a customer. When the door guy met me upon arrival, he asked how he may assist me. I told him I was looking for a particular gaming cartridge. He pointed me towards the direction of 2 young men adding to ask on of them they would happily find what your needing.
As I approached the 2 young men standing conversing among themselves, I kindly asked if one of them could help me? The one facing me named Emery said 'Yeah, what's up?! The other young man had his back to me so I was unable to get his name, and immediately asked if he could help me. He turned around an said Yes he sure would be happy to assist. As Emery walked off I asked him his name and he completely ignored me personably. I had to ask another coworker what his name was and was told Emery.
Best Buy this is a shame you hire people with no respect nor have a professional way of caring of themselves or others.
I will be contacting corporate regarding this incident and experience!
