I spent some valuable time on August 3 browsing through the 55” used TV selection before picking up an online order. There were only three used 55” TVs to choose from. When I tried purchasing an open box 55” TCL TV for $249.99 as advertised by the TCL 55” placard that was sitting on top of the box, the cashier scanned the box, it rang up around used at about $649. There were other brand new TCLs around the same $250-$300 price point. The associate spoke to manager and they said they wouldn’t sell it for that price and only offered a little less. This was out of my budget range. Talk about embarrassing and a waste of time, I walked out with no TV with my head hung low.

Only 1 guy available for cell phones mid day...Sat around waiting...no fun. Bad service. not sure what happened to Best Buy Mentor.

It's become increasingly off-putting to come to this location. One salesman lied to me on two separate occasions in an attempt to sell a specific brand. I overheard him making comments about a customer and how they must not have had the money to complete the purchase and making fun of the encounter. It's funny how it works out sometimes. If you are honest and remember what you told a guest the week before they might be willing to buy the newest gadget. It also feels strange trying to just browse. I don't always shop for a specific item and being able to browse without stalking salesman trying to make the deal just feels better. Anytime I've come in and this specific worker zeros in and then hovers I know whatever I'm looking to buy will be elsewhere. I have no issues trying a demo that is if he is able to take it off the shelf that particular day.
