Worker there was very nice, very quick, and I was out of there in under 10 minutes.
The customer service skills need to work at Geek Squad. They tried to overcharge me or charge me again for a warranty that was still active that the TV went out, and they tried to charge me again for the same warranty, and the manager had to step in and make it right because active warranty was still there. All they did was swap out the t, vs, but that customer service lady was so nasty. It wasn't funny.

It's been years since I went to a Best Buy, and it will most likely be years before I go again. The 2 things I was looking for (a camera and home photo printer) were out of stock and the service seemed more interested in talking to each other than helping someone find what they needed. I eventually did get help but again what I specifically was looking for was out of stock.
