Excellent service and prices
Best customer service I’ve had in a very long time. Alec came over and helped me find what I was looking for. Didn’t even have to ask for help, he found me. Those are the kind of ppl you don’t forget about when deciding to choose where to purchase something. Above and beyond, felt lighter leaving than I did when I came in. If there were 10 stars I would have selected that!
Bought a up right freezer and the best delivery date that I could get was three weeks from purchase date. I accepted the date but on the date the freezer was to be delivered Best Buy called me telling me they needed to reschedule the date. The first available date was two weeks later. I complained I had been waiting for three weeks and an additional two weeks was unacceptable. I was told there was nothing that could be done not even the supervisor could do anything. I cancelled the order and went to Home Depot. The freezer is scheduled to be delivered in five days. Will not be shopping at Best Buy in the future. Now I know why they are closing stores. Poor customer service.
