After buying both television and refrigerator, I'm finding their customer service to be lacking. Refrigerator was a week later than promised and I had to pick it up myself rather than them deliver it. I asked a question about the television and I was told because I didn't buy their warranty I would have to contact the manufacturer. In my world, that's not a good way to do business.

Every time I've come in here it's like they're rolling out the red carpet for each individual. The customer service is unlike any other company. Even when I've purchased marketplace technology I don't understand, they help- Zach at the front, thank you❤️‍🔥

No one answers the phone I was there yesterday to transfer info from 1 phone to the other. It did not work. 4 phone calls today and still no customer service. I feel like they don't want you to come into the store I dont go there unless I can't find elsewhere
