If I could give them less stars than a single star, I certainly would. My wife bought me a Bluetooth speaker for my birthday that was simply the incorrect speaker. She bought it several weeks before my birthday, and they would not take the speaker back in exchange for the different model that we would have liked, even with us being willing to pay for the one that we wanted. The return policy is now 14 days, which is an absurd amount of time, given people would do this exact type of transaction quite often. I know my wife isn’t the only one making a purchase more than two weeks out from my birthday.
I see why they are closing down their stores. This used to be a one stop shop for electronic needs… Even Amazon can do better than this

I have been lucky to find good workable solutions on the fly. Today I got 30 bucks off at this store. However, I had to stop the cashier to correct their scanner price vs the price reduction (listed on the products shelf). It took another twenty or so minutes to get that confirmed and then retrieve my 10" Levono tablet. Brick and mortar still can work if you pay attention and are patient. My result for my "grandkid project" was affordable and worked great for the online musical tutoring she needed. The child and I were glad they were there with what we needed
