Buyer beware: when you order online, it shows availability based on the store, but the product itself comes from a warehouse that may or may not actually have the product. I made a purchase May 20th, scheduled delivery for May 29th (per the website availability), and then it never showed up. I double and triple checked my order to be sure I had the right date and time: it still said “scheduled delivery for today between 12-4pm”. I called the customer service number, and they said they didn’t have it in stock and that it couldn’t be delivered until June 12th at the earliest. I asked why I wasn’t informed so that I didn’t waste half a day waiting at home, and they had no answer. I asked how we could resolve the issue and they said all they could do was reschedule delivery for the 12th and we could talk about a resolution then. They said we couldn’t even have a conversation about the problem until after the product was delivered. All in all, it was a waste of time and money.
i was probably there 4+ hours over the course of memorial day weekend looking for a laptop all the employees at the store were Quick to ask if i needed help unfortunately i dont have all their names But The Employee there Named Michael Was a big help each time i wandered into the store as i had trouble deciding on a laptop to choose from he was quick to see if i needed help and with a smile i did buy a Asus gaming laptop but returned it for a Acer as i didnt like the display on the asus
