Buying a warranty means nothing. Their products ALWAYS break. Ive been buying expensive products and paying for warranty for 10+ years. If you decide you are tired of driving 40 min everytime their products break and spending 100 for new warranty everytime it breaks and just want ur money back they WONT. They will only give u in store credit. In store credit will not allow you to buy gift cards nor pay towards your credit card its ONLY usable on merchandise. So if your tired of spending hundreds of dollars on warranties and driving 40 min to and from best buy to fix or swap their junk well your SOL because they dont care. They force you into that cycle and genuinely do not care and refuse to help when you KNOW that they can.

Kathrine is so helpful! I had my daughter with me in a stroller and it was very difficult to get a huge vacuum out of the store. She saw me struggling, grabbed me a cart, checked me out and brought it out to my car. Thank you Kathrine!!
