Stopped in to shop for a new computer. Staff more interested in talking amongst themselves than helping customers. You lost a sale here, will buy elsewhere.
I visited the store to purchase a headphone splitter, but the employee at the door showed no interest. He casually mentioned that he had seen something similar in the mobile section and waved me off. I went to the mobile section, but there was no splitter to be found. Instead, I encountered another tall employee who, instead of assisting me, seemed to be deliberately trying to force me to buy headphones that I already owned and couldn’t afford. Instead of finding the splitter, he was trying to make me spend $40 that I didn’t have. If you’re going to employ young children, it’s crucial to train them or provide them with a babysitter. They are utterly disgusting if they believe that making me spend money that I didn’t have is better than finding the $6 part that I needed.
Worst customer service...push this push that to fond a human then get patched to a foreign country for help! Not gonna waste my money there!
Great service and knowledgeable staff
