Best Buy Brentwood

I have now taken my computer to this best buy 4 times for the same repair. I just arrived home after they said it was fixed and it would still not power on. At this point I am just amazed at the incompetence. It’s honestly impressive that the geek squad here is unable to repair anything. I would highly suggest you take your computer anywhere else if you actually want it repaired. If there was an award for being awful at your job this crew would win it.

Gunner at the geek squad was incredibly helpful! My laptop stopped working and he was able to get get my data transferred to a flash drive before sending my laptop off to be fixed. I was so stressed out but by the time I left I felt like the situation was under control. Gunner was polite, kind, efficient, and great at customer service.

My review is based on a poor experience with a dishwasher installation. Best Buy uses a third-party company who uses poorly trained people. These people are obviously not plumbers. They caused a pretty major league scratch on the floor. In their defense when they followed up later, they did offer to get insurance involved, but it was hard to justify refinishing the entire kitchen floor based on a 3 foot long scratch. So we’ll just deal with it. Also, the installer forgot to tighten the connection under the dishwasher with a wrench, he only hand tightened it, so the next morning we noticed a wet spot under the dishwasher. When I went down in the basement, water was leaking down through the floor. I had to call a plumber at my own expense on a Saturday to come take the dishwasher out and tighten the connection with a wrench. Do yourself a favor and buy a dishwasher from a local installer who has their own dedicated installers.
