Best Buy Blakeney

I was very fortunate to work with Nate at the Best Buy Blakeney Town Center location on Rea Road. He took the time to understand exactly what I needed in a laptop and carefully considered my budget. I was ready to purchase a more expensive laptop, but after learning how I planned to use it, Nate recommended a different model that was actually $200 less. That level of honesty and customer focus is rare and greatly appreciated. There was also an issue with my credit card that took some time to resolve, and Nate remained patient, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process, even when I was becoming frustrated with the credit card company. I could not be more satisfied with my purchase or with the service Nate provided. Best Buy and its customers are very lucky to have him. Thanks a million, Nate!

Great staff and an awesome layout that welcomes many without making them feel overwhelmed.

Wasted time setting up 2 appointments for a straightforward dash cam install in a common vehicle. Brought all items needed for the install to the first appointment. For the first appointment, the installer tells me to buy an additional part to make the install easier and to re-schedule the appointment. He never mentioned issues with installing the dashcam cam in the vehicle. In the second appointment, the same installer said he couldn't install the dash cam in the vehicle. There are plenty of YouTube videos of people properly installing dash cams in the specific vehicle model without issues. Why is Best Buy wasting a customer's time??
