I took my mom's iPad in yo bestbuy she forgot the password. A few short questions and they had it working. These guys Kai and Jacob are amazing employees I hope that Bestbuy knows appreciates them as much as I do.

I'm old, cranky and needed to upgrade my laptop. I'm not into gaming, just normal old lady stuff; emails, shopping and some video screening. Wanted a touchscreen that wouldn't break the bank. When Jared came to help me, I told him just straight talk. He asked what I needed and made informed suggestions. I left Best Buy Branson with a laptop that met my needs and budget. Thank you, Jared for your patience and ability to answer my questions. He suggested options that will help me in the future. If I lived in this area, I'd have no problem dealing at this store. I will be back. Thank you, Jared for the positive experience.

Smaller but a still a nice selection compared to my home Best Buy. It seemed that nobody was really confident about their produ ts or recommendations. It's a great place if you do your own research and know what you want before you go in. I do not recommend relying on recommendations from staff at this location.
