I had an incredible experience at this Best Buy location thanks to Malachi! I was honestly having a really rough day when I walked in, but Malachi completely turned it around. Not only was he extremely helpful and professional, but he also genuinely listened and used a little bit of humor to brighten my day. He quickly found the exact Apple Watch I was looking for my son’s birthday and made the whole process seamless. His outstanding customer service, courtesy, and empathy made a huge difference. Thank you, Malachi, for going above and beyond! Management should give this guy more responsibility and lift him up to the next level.

Went to look at phones. They didn't have any that I liked at the time, but still a decent selection. Store was very clean, staff was really helpful and friendly, and in the middle of the Pokemon 30th anniversary drop, they still made time to help others that needed it, and looked for a few phones for me, but they were out of stock of the ones I was interested in.
