Best Buy has very top of the line products and there expensive products but with purchase of the total technology membership you have more perks I recommend to everybody

Disappointing experience. I came in on a Thursday night when the place wasn’t busy and asked for help. An employee told me someone would be with me in about five minutes, so I waited in one spot. Twenty minutes went by while employees walked around me, working on other tasks or talking with each other, without anyone checking in. Finally, the manager came over and told me that the person who could help me wasn’t available; they left at 8 pm - mind you it was 7:50 pm. After all that waiting, I left without any assistance. At least I had some time to practice mediation. They should call the store “Best Mediation Retreat” instead of “Best Buy.” Two stars because part of me appreciated the peace and quiet.

Way too difficult of a pickup process that took over a hour for something that was on a shelf and I brought to the counter since they didn’t want to speed up the process. Took 5 people to know how to do a PICK UP. Come on guys. It’s not hard, I’ve worked there before.
