**Update: drove to store and JZ the supervisor on duty took great care of me! I was still worked but feel he did all he could to make sure I walked out with a product so I didn’t have to wait any longer. He even got me a discount on it so it was less than originally paid. Store messed up and didn’t hit whatever button was needed to have an item I purchased shipped to me. So after 2 hours of runaround with call centers the end result is I have to drive to a store an hour and half from where I live to ask them to fix their mistake since they refuse to answer phone calls from customers.
