I had a very disappointing experience at this store due to poor communication and inconsistent information from the staff.
Two days ago, I visited the store to replace my TV remote. A staff member told me that they could not replace just the remote and that I needed to bring the entire TV for a full replacement. Trusting this, I went back home, packed my TV, and returned to the store the next day with both the TV and remote.
However, when I arrived, a different staff member told me that replacements cannot be done in-store and that I must contact customer service and handle it online. This completely contradicted what I was told earlier.
Because of this misinformation, I wasted a significant amount of time and effort. Carrying a TV from the third floor, transporting it in my car, and then taking it back home was physically exhausting and unnecessary. I also lost half a day and spent money on fuel.
Overall, the staff were not reliable and did not provide clear or accurate guidance. I hope the store improves its communication so other customers don’t have to go through the same frustrating experience.

Worst customer service ever. We had issues with TV remote so called customer support they asked us to visit the nearby Best Buy. We went to store and spoke with a guy named Brendon and store manager they said they can’t just give away the remote and gave us the used remote(which didn’t work for us), they asked us to get the TV set back and get a new one as we have warranty till 2029. Today we went to store to exchange the TV, they are so rude and yelling at us stating who asked you to get TV. This is not what a customer would expect, we are just following your orders and you lie straight on face. Worst worst service ever
