Took lap top to store, it worked over weekend, they opened it and said I needed a new lap top. They gave it back to me and I went to a repair shop around the corner. They said 2 parts were missing and it would not work without those parts. Also said it looks like the charger could be bad. When I went back to Best Buy they lied about taking the parts out. Which they did because computer worked over the weekend and the repair shop said it would not work without those part's. Don't trust Best Buy Computer help they're liars, even after I gave them a chance to come clean they still lied.Very Bad people.

Customer service is horrendous there. Better to go to the one in Frisco. Even the managers at this location don't go outside the box to help customers in another form of a fashion. They need to close this location or do a major employee overhaul

I can’t just go in and take a look around without every employee coming up to me and asking if I need something. Let me look around first guys give me space and then I can ask questions! Also the PC department tries to sell you the latest GPU to push their margins and makes you feel like you NEED that product, no I do not let’s cool the high pressure sales tactics this isn’t Wall Street sir this is Best Buy
