I’m at Best Buy right now. Was trying to decided what tv I was going to purchase today from them. I sat on the floor since they don’t have seating and was viewing the tvs and their color vibrance. An employee named Vince came over and told me I’m not allowed to sit on the floor. I said I’m viewing which tv I want to purchase and he said you can go take a seat over by the phones. I was sitting up against a wall not in anyone’s way where someone would trip over me. It’s not that big of a deal but he was rude in his delivery. Won’t be back.

BE CAREFUL, I was making a purchase and some dude named yruy or something like that tried to lie to me and get me to sign up for a credit card without telling me. He made it sound like a rewards program and the only reason I knew it was a credit card was because I had to read the legal warning. I was at the last step to signing it before I realized. Incredibly shady business tactic and has put me off from buying at Best Buy ever again. He probably thought I was an idiot he could pull a fast one over. Incredibly disrespectful way to treat a customer and he has no right to work there or anywhere ever again. Do yourself a favor and use Amazon. At least they don't try to lie to you and screw you over like that

Never have what I want in stock, sometimes unorganized, had a whole row of phones mounts hanging under the wrong spot so they were actually more expensive then what the label said, happens a lot here.
