Bought a tv in the store. Drove home. Opened the box to find the tv screen smashed in. Immediately went back to the store within the hour and asked if this could be replaced since I was sold a broken tv. Before even looking at the tv and assessing the damage, multiple team members went over to watch security footage of me leaving the store earlier and seemed to think the situation was hilarious. They came back, admitted that the footage showed me simply walking to my car, carefully loading the tv in, and then driving away, and then proceeded to blame me for the damage despite not knowing how I could have possibly even damaged the screen in this way. They then refused to replace or refund the tv and eventually walked away from me, saying there was nothing they could do to help me other than selling me a new tv. Not only am I out the money I spent on the tv, but I had to uber to and from the store only to be mocked and blamed for breaking the tv. One of the most insane experiences I've ever had as a customer.

Nice and clean. Travis was so helpful in electronics. He was the perfect person to help with selecting a laptop. He was laid back, but professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I was traveling for a work convention and my laptop bag fell out of the Lyft trunk and broke. When I explained what I needed to run Lightroom on a budget he knew exactly what to look for when picking something. He was easy to talk to and he was quick. Thank you!
