Absolutely terrible and corrupt return policy. I bought a broken in box projector and when I returned it - as charged a restocking fee. But it was broken before I opened it ! No one could help and they just said “that’s how it is.” I’ve decided I can’t trust buying anything from Best Buy ever again.

If you have an apple product to get repaired, do not, I repeat, do not go to the geek squad here. They’re completely disorganized and don’t know what they’re talking about. I made an appointment here to get a battery replaced through AppleCare and not only did they not have any parts available to replace it even though it said same day service they tried to charge me $99 even though AppleCare gives you a free replacement. I’m only giving them two stars because the guy was nice enough, but you might as well just go straight to the Apple Store.
