The store was so low on products. Mics for Samsung phones were not available. Customer service was horrific. I went to the store over my lunch break so I was in a bit of a rush.
I went to the register area and saw 2 employees sitting around and 1 standing so I thought they could either help me or find me help. Instead, when I asked for helped two looked at each other and uninterested. The third employee just told me to go to the camera area to wait for someone. I waited about 7 to 10 min before I call for their attention from the camera area to get help. Once one of them decided to help I was informed that there were no mics available on site but the holmdel store had it. I lost on money making bc I wasn't at work but I also walked out empty handed because they didn't have what I needed. Gave it 1 star for all. Experience and products.
