Went there for earbuds I picked out online. Said they had 3 in stock. I get there and apparently someone stole all 3 or so they say. All other good earbuds sold at other locations. And than they don’t understand why you shop on Amazon and not locally in stores. Will not be giving my business here anymore.

Best Buy Is a solid store, got a nice Samsung open box item was $800 I paid $145 with a $400 coupon from Verizon Fios. staff was friendly and courteous .
