Horrible customer service.
They refuse to transfer me to the geek squad so I can ask a question about my sons computer that has been there for 5 days with no update. Multiple calls and waste of time on hold and never being able to talk to the right person. They pretty much hung up on me when saying they would try to transfer me. Another time gave me a false extension.
Very frustrated. I am going to cancel my membership here.
Don’t take your equipment here. This is the third time we’ve taken the computer here and it’s still having the same problems.
Would give zero stars if I could.
