I went in there today, because I received a wrong item from bestbuy.com The first associate I talked to was very kind. However the store manager was rude. He insisted that it's impossible for me to received the wrong item, because that item is from Chino (my original order was supposed to come from San Carlos) and was ordered the day after my order. He also said I can either get a refund or buy a new laptop and pay the difference because I ordered the openbox laptop while it was on sale. I came home double checked. Both claims were false. The shipping label says Chino and it was shipped after the wrong item was ordered. So the order was fulfilled from the wrong place with wrong item from the beginning. The open box laptop is in stock. The guy just didn't want to order that and replace, because he thought I was lying. Don't believe me? Check the order , BBY01-807094000386 and see the photo of the item I received. Very unhappy with how this all went.

"Tony" pretty sure he lied about his name. Was very rude and unhelpful. Lost a sale and customers for life. All we asked was fo a tape measure so WE could measure. Just stood there 'I don't have one", his co-worker said there in one in another department, and he looked at him and said "I don't have one.'Refusing to get it. I got it my damn self and returned it to the right department. Short, young, sleezy looking guy in the TV section. Shout out to the guy with the long blond hair, he was trying to help us while helping someone else because "Tony" wouldn't.

I went here to get my sub woofer installed and they took quite some time and did not really seem to know what they are doing. After the fact I went back do to the switch failing and they made me purchas another knowing they got the wrong one. I ended up fixing the settings myself to make it sound the way it’s supposed too.
