Pretty disappointed, the staff were friendly, but Geek Squad was unable to fix my laptop in-store, and even though I bought BBY Total Tech program, they were unwilling to send my laptop out to be serviced because I didn’t buy the laptop from BBY... I spent $190 on what again? Just to be told that I'll need to go to a 3rd party like UbreakIfix and spend more $ to have them fix it...
Trying to understand what the point was in re-buying the membership only to not receive the service expected from the membership
Went in to get my screen protector replaced; I have a warranty so I figured this would be an easy experience. However, I was told I need to RETURN the old screen protector to get a new one. A screen protector I disposed since it was damaged. I even joked, "hey, I guess I can go back and go through the trash", to which I got an eager "yes! That would be great, since it has to be an actual exchange".
This is such a sleezy tactic to not honor your warranty. I wonder how many people get scammed like this. Don't promise replacements for a DISPOSABLE PIECE OF PLASTIC if you want it back. You'd throw it out yourself anyway?!?

I would like to give a big shout out to Frank in Home theater for his exceptional customer service he provided my wife and I. We have been extremely satisfied as he went above and beyond to give us all the info we asked for and did his best to reassure we will get ahold of the items we needed.
