This location has a very good selection of products and keeps their store very clean. In particular, Obi helped my grandmother and I out tremendously. We had a few questions regarding what we were buying and he made sure we had all the information we needed prior to leaving the store. I would highly recommend shopping here.

I purchased an open box SVS Ultra evolution center speaker online with a condition rating of "excellent.” Given the discount and excellent condition, I made the 6-hour drive from Lubbock to pick the speaker up since shipping was not offered. However, once I arrived to pick up my order, I quickly realized the speaker's condition was far from as promised online. To begin with, the speaker didn't have an original box of any kind, rather it was placed in a random box that was cut in half. More importantly, it was covered in hundreds of scratches on all sides, removing the black finish and making the speaker look as though it were slid across concrete. Additionally, the protective grill over the tweeter was badly dented inward, and the magnetic cover had a hole in the fabric. The employees at the desk attempted to discount it further but were unable to. Ultimately, they refunded me for the purchase but did not attempt to honor the original deal by selling me a speaker in better condition at the price I paid. I am hugely disappointed in the lack of customer service put towards making this right. I am now out over $100 in gas and 12 hours of time driving and have nothing to show for it. Do better to make things right when the mistakes made on your end cost your customers both time and money.
