Kinda sad and dark store. No one to help without going to service desk. They referred to looking at items online and purchasing.

I had a disappointing experience at this Best Buy location. I went in to purchase a health monitor Ring, which was locked, so I asked a customer service associate for assistance. I approached him (black guy, tall, wearing meta glasses) politely, but he initially responded “no” and laughed, which I assumed was a joke. When he eventually helped me and walked me through the payment screen (since I had forgotten my Best Buy credit card), he became impatient and raised his voice when I got confused about which options to select. His tone felt aggressive and unprofessional more like being yelled at than assisted. I came in ready to make a purchase and simply needed help. Customer service should be respectful and patient, especially when assisting customers with purchases. I hope management addresses this, as it made the experience uncomfortable and disappointing.
