I had a major issue with my warranty, it was modified by technical support. I was getting the runaround from the 800 technical support team, they were telling me to go to Best Buy, I went twice to revert th changes.
The second, I had the fortune and pleasure to work with a great Supervisor, Parker G. and Samantha. I originally worked Samantha, explained my issue, she explained that the issue belonged to the 800 support team, she saw that I was exhausted, Samantha escalated to Parker. Parker worked directly with the 800 support team, he resolved the issue.
Best Buy excels with being the best, because they hire the best talent; it proven, when I get to write about amazing professionals like Parker and Samantha, who shows empathy and then goes over and beyond to assist and execute. I great appreciate their customer care and support.

Went to get a stereo for my truck. My instrument cluster wouldn't work without it. But to my surprise, Best Buy no longer carries car radios, at least not in McKinney store. They said Allen had them. Well, guess I should go to Allen, since that's where they trying to get me to go. McKinney is a washout now.
