Robbie in the appliance department was more helpful than any person we interacted with at boutique appliance places. We need to replace a range hood that quit on us after only two years (not purchased from best buy). He talked through what we didn't like about our current one, gave suggestions on what may actually be wrong with ours, then shared information about features we should look for based on what we didn't like. We will be back when ready to order. He was excellent.

Poor guys are so short staffed. Had to carry my 65” tv with my 11 year old because no one was available to help. I’m just glad I found it on the floor. Would’ve have been a 1 star but when we were in line to checkout this one nice gentleman (sorry I forgot your name) saved the day by finding the Apple TV that I couldn’t find on the floor behind the customer service desk.

I was directed to the area I was looking for, and immediately, an associate was able to complete the sale. Out the door within minutes
