Don’t do it. No welcome. Managers all talking to the other employees you have to find THEM to get the help you need. Kevin was the only one who asked if I needed help then walked me to the equipment this location has horrible customer service.

One interesting thing about Best buy...
And maybe partially why they're still in business, unlike radio Shack in circuit City...
Many of the items in the store are agreed upon to be matched with amazon.com. So if you're in a hurry and don't want to wait a couple days for your shipment from Amazon, you can go to Best buy. That said, Best buy does not have everything in any given store that they have online at bestbuy.com or at amazon.com. So you really need to choose your battles here.
I generally don't love big box stores, but I like that you go buy something today if you need it.
