I left a review for the Northglenn store and felt that it was only fitting that I leave one for the Westminster store. It is always important to give credit where credit is due. We had a terrible exprience in Northglenn, but the Westminster store was fabulous. We received assistance immediately, in fact, we had 3 people at our fingertips within 2 minutes. The PC department was superb in their explanations and took the extra time to make sure we were headed in the right direction. We did not buy the PC due to the expense right now, but we did purchase a vacuum. I can guarantee that when we are ready to purchase a PC it will definitely be at the Westminster store. THANK YOU!!

This store out of almost every store I have seen cares more than any other store out there. They maybe busy at times which can spread the staff thin at times but as a whole this store takes the time to work with you and make you a happy customer. I have a lot of respect for this store because they are organized and they think things through to benefit the whole of the customers. You should never expect perfection from anywhere but expect a honest kind person from here who actually cares.If you are a mean or rude person when you go to a store just expect it back because people are people not robots so respect those who have to work day in and day out doing the same thing. Ask your self how you would like to be treated?

Computer people (2) I dealt with didn't know very much about computers, but they sure knew how to sell Geek Squad services. These guys didn't even know the difference between a machine with a dedicated graphics card and one without, or if their machines had dedicated graphics cards. The sales guy overcharged me and it took about 20 minutes and a second trip to the store to sort that out. They promised my configured machine the next day, but that time has passed and no machine. They may be well priced, but don't expect knowledgeable help or service.
