On-line order canceled because store inventory did not match website.
Beware that on-line orders are charged to your card even if the order is never fulfilled.
Update 1: The cancelled order voided a promo certificate that could not be reapplied. Nothing should be this difficult.
Update 2: Odd you were able to post a charge to my card overnight for an order you canceled almost immediately. Where's the offsetting credit? No reason the card was charged before the order was marked filled.
