Went in for LG OLED tv or monitor. The sales representative was super knowledgeable and friendly. He knew all the specifications and gave me the explanation I needed to make a purchase. I was in and out in twenty minutes!
Terrible customer service. Geek Squad is totally inept and says the opposite of what their own customer service agents say.

Alex was a great salesperson. Bought a stove/oven.
The absolute worst customer service.
We purchased an open-box Bosch dishwasher that was listed as being in “excellent” condition, which according to Best Buy all parts are included. We drove an hour round trip to pick it up, only to find that several parts were missing when we got home to install it.
We called customer service, and they told us that there was nothing they could do and advised us to go back to the store and talk to the manager. We drove back to the store and were told there was nothing they could do and our only option was to return the dishwasher. To make matters worse, they claimed their system showed the dishwasher was in “fair” condition, even though the website had listed it as “excellent”. They said they had no control over what the website says.
The manager was extremely rude and unwilling to help. Despite it clearly being their mistake, they took no ownership or made any effort to make it right. Ultimately we decided to return the dishwasher after all of the hassle. Had we known there were missing parts we would’ve purchased a new dishwasher from the start and avoided the hassle.
Best Buy profited 9.9 BILLION dollars in 2023 and they refused to make it right on a $700 dishwasher. Typical corporate America greed!
