The ATT sales rep tricked us into switching from T-Mobile… told us THEY would pay off my husbands phone and gave him a SIM card and said it would be active. They lied!!!!!! My husbands phone isn’t working because the phone is locked and I have to pay for it before it will be unlocked…. Had they told us the truth
