The worst customer service! I walked in the store a person asked what I am looking for, another showed me a product and everyone just disappeared to do their own business. I stayed alone for 20 min and left the store not being helped. So shame to this customer service. No words at all.

This company goes to very great lengths to keep you from speaking to a person over the phone at your local brick and mortar location. I don’t want to play 20 questions with your automated call computer. I don’t want to talk to AI. I want to ask my questions to an actual person who is able to find the answer. As a customer, I am less likely to continue shopping at your store If calling ahead to ask questions about a service or product is this difficult and leaves me feeling aggravated.
