I went in to purchase a MacBook and told an employee in customer service exactly what I was looking for. Instead of helping me, she brushed me off and told me to “go over there.” I stood in the area she pointed to for several minutes, looking around for someone who could actually assist me. Since the laptops aren’t accessible on the floor, I needed an employee to retrieve one - yet no one ever followed up. It felt like they had no interest in helping customers make a purchase. I went and stood in line for customer service for awhile, but was never helped or acknowledged that I was back. I left and went to Costco to buy the computer.
