Went here the other day as my phone crapped out and i needed a new one. Idk about you but an unexpected new phone purchase can be a bit overwhelming. When I walked in a fella, Emmanuel H, asked if he could help me, I told him my phone crappes out and I needed a new one and that I was looking at the S26 Ultra 1T. He said sure let me take you over there and he was just a pleasure to work with. In a moment of "damn it I was not prepared to have to get a new phone stress" Emmanuel made the whole interaction smooth and really just enjoyable over all. Thank you Emmanuel for making that moment of my day better and that moment of connection. Best Buy, this fella should get a bit of a pay bump... the location of this store was the Best Buy #217
