If I could give zero stars I would. I paid for a washer and dryer on Black Friday cash in hand. They said they were in stock and would be delivered 3 days later. Delivery day comes and no washer and dryer and not even a phone call. Canceled because somehow they don’t even have the washer and dryer. I have to call around for almost an hour on hold, no help. They say i have to speak with someone in store in person. I go in person they ‘compensate me’ for the inconvenience and give me a new delivery date. Of the 11th. Today’s the 11th and STILL no washer and dryer. Why? Because they said they didn’t have enough workers. In store tells me they don’t do anything to help but give a new deliver date of the 17th. And wait on an email for the ‘higher ups’. This place is a joke and I’ll never buy from them again.

I'm a little upset. I bought a 65 inch roku TV from best buy that I bought almost a year ago just stopped working. It was dusty and had finger prints on it. I didn't know u couldn't wipe it off with just a drop of water on a cloth and it would stop working..idk what to do now. It shows but vaguely.As much as I love best buy. I won't return.
