I was out of town and doing a presentation at a conference and realized I had left my HDMI dock for my laptop at home. Best. I had one in stock and I was able to pick it up just a few hours later. From the moment I went into the store a gentleman asked if he could help me find anything and I told him I was there to pick something up I'd already paid for and he introduced me to the guy who would help me and the whole transaction was over in about 3 minutes.

So apparently managers won't speak to people when they have problems.At least not in the Davenport store.I tried calling as well and was told no that you can't even call and get ahold of a manager... so I guess if you have a problem you're just screwed. Seems like a winning customer service model to me...
