The so-called store workers seemed very lame. They have no idea what they're talking about. They're trying to sell a product and it's very expensive to buy. A monitor and a new Tower. It's been over $1,000 and my my Alienware monitor didn't even come with speakers. I had to return computers sets because just nowadays computerists are just plastic and what they call metal is very thin aluminum or something but it's not what the customer should be paying for. Been shopping at Best buy for way well over 30 years and I will never go back for anything. Nothing. They lost my business strictly across the board. TVs computers phones very very expensive. Thanks for reading my post. The quality versus quantity with all Best buy products has been downhill for the last 10 years in God's name. I have no idea why. I went there last week and bought a computer there again. I wish you all Godspeed and Grace and happy holidays!

I preordered Pokemon Legends ZA 62 days before the game came out; paid in full. I pre ordered through the BB app specifically to get the Mat that comes as a pre order bonus. When I picked up my copy of the game today there was no mat; and no explanation as to why I didn’t get one. Every retailer has pre ordered through bonuses and this one happened to be my preference. What’s the point of even doing a pre order if I can’t receive the bonus. Between August 14th and today and when I picked up my copy of the game there was never an email or any notification that I wouldn’t be receiving my pre order bonus. Do better Best Buy

Preordered a video game here specifically for the pre order bonus, did not receive it upon pickup and was told I did something wrong. I would definitely recommend taking your business elsewhere to pre order your games, like from Gamestop or anywhere else they’ll actually follow through with their pre order bonuses to avoid disappointment.
