Awesome experience. Employees very helpful
Thank you Athena! I was wandering around like a fool, trying to find the right charger for my laptop. I had already been to another store and couldn’t find anyone to help me there, and Athena saved the day! She helped me find the charger and showed me how to swap out the adapters and everything. It’s so nice to find employees who still help you out instead of just letting you fend for yourself. Thanks again!!

Typical best buy experience. Some employees know more than others
They don't help anyone they just stand around and watch you struggle with trying to find what you looking for all by yourself
