I ordered an item online and I received a text stating that it was undeliverable.... never happened before anyways not a world stopping problem. However, after driving the 20 min standing in line for another 20 to be ignored by the associate behind the counter after him helping everyone that wasn't black. He actually turned his back on me and I had to find someone else that would. I deal with this type of behavior regularly living in Albuquerque New Mexico but now I'm outing every company that treats me and others disrespectfully

I visited this Best Buy location for the first time, hoping for a simple and straightforward shopping experience, but I was met with nothing but frustration. I was assisted by an employee named Shawn, who was incredibly rude and dismissive from the moment we interacted.
Rather than helping me solve my issue, she quickly brushed me off and told me to contact an unrelated third-party company for help — which made no sense given the situation. Her attitude was unprofessional, and it left me feeling like my concerns didn’t matter at all.
Customer service should be about helping customers, not making them feel like an inconvenience. I won’t be returning to this location, and I’m genuinely disappointed by the lack of respect shown.
