I like to shop for my pc parts at best buy to support brick and mortar stores instead of buying online. A little over a month ago I purchased a graphics card and a new monitor, spending over $1k.
My 1 star review is not due to this specific store or it’s staff. Staff here is helpful and attentive. My issue is with Best Buy’s price guarantee policy. The graphics card I purchased went on sale for around $150 less than what I paid. Unfortunately best buy only has a 15 day price guarantee/return window on graphics cards.
It would go a long way towards retaining and gaining new customers vs those same customers purchasing from Amazon if they would price match their own lower prices within a 60 day or even 30 day window.

Received help as soon as I entered the door.
Worst place in Evansville to buy electronics. Order online. Save money and a headache worth of lies. Don't buy any extended warranties, they don't honor or back them.
We purchased a KitchenAid refrigerator approximately 18 months ago from Best Buy. At the time of purchase, we were informed that the unit was an unused extra that had arrived on a truck. However, upon delivery, we discovered a used bag of cheese inside the appliance, which raised initial concerns. Despite this, we decided to keep the refrigerator.
Now, 18 months later, the freezer has completely stopped working. As Best Buy TotalTech members, we called the service number to file a claim. We were told that we were outside the service area and, as a result, qualified for a replacement unit. The representative assured us we would receive a call back with a confirmation number within 24–72 hours.
Unfortunately, no call came. When we followed up, we were told there was no record of our claim. It has now been two weeks. Although we have since received a confirmation number, we still do not have a functioning refrigerator or freezer. Today alone, we spoke with five different representatives and still have not received an RA (Return Authorization) number to move forward with the process.
We are extremely frustrated by the ongoing delays and lack of resolution.
