Went twice to this location right when it opened. I just wanted to purchase a Mac computer. Not once was I greeted or acknowledged. I tried getting attention from the workers and none were able to help me because apparently there is only ONE computer salesman? After 45 minutes I left. Will not be making big purchases from Best Buy going forward. Their lack of customer service will be their own demise.

Didn't have a good experience. Have been to this location before and it was a normal best buy, however this time was different. Has a pickup order for an item that said was available and in stock at the store. I had previously checked the best buy location in Carmel, but it was not in stock, so I elected to go to this store, and after an hour or driving was met with the conclusion that they didn't have the item "in store". Now how is this possible after online and the app said it was in stock? Not sure. Didn't help that I couldn't call anyone to confirm this order to double check before wasting my time and driving across Indy for a particular item. The conclusion was that I'd "have to go somewhere else". I hope I can change this review in the future, but my experience was terrible.

I visited best buy a couple months ago to look for ideas on some new electronics to have in my home and TK went above and beyond to help me find things that was out of his area in appliances! He was very informative on everything that he showed me and even gave me some ideas on a new washer and dryer set for my home.
