Absolutely will not spend my money here again . I bought a Samsung washer and dryer set added a 3 year GEEK SQUAD warranty just in case due to all the negative reviews about Samsung. Dryer went out July 2nd called had appointment set for July 5th . Confirmed appointment through text that was sent from best buy . They hired a 3rd party company that does NOT HAVE ANY KIND OF INFORMATION ON THE INTERNET you get a what not app phone number instead so it's considered spam my phone does not take spam calls so apparently the tech was trying to reach me and then canceled my appointment due to me not answering after I had already confirmed I NEEDED THE SERVICE. So after back and forth got a new appointment for that monday July 7th guy shows up asking me for tools and supplies. Then proceeds to dump lint all over my front yard . Says I need more parts ordered. Received text after I reached out about the parts delivery saying they would schedule an appointment with me over the weekend because they would not come Saturday July 12th when the parts arrived. Didn't receive a call Friday or Saturday called and called and called sent text messages NO ANSWER!!! I call geek squad and all they can tell me is they cancelled my appointments and that they would have to send someone new . But it won't be until Wednesday. This is UNACCEPTABLE. As customers we do not spend thousands of dollars on your products and warranties to NOT be given good service. This issue should have been expedited due to the negligence of geek squad hiring a THIRD PARTY COMPANY to do the job I PAID warranties for to cover now I have to wait for a new appointment for them to come and do the SAME THING AGAIN and tell me the same parts I already know I need and wait for a week for them to be ordered and then pray to the good Lord above they actually call me and come back to fix the dryer . There is zero reason I should be out of a appliance this long . Highly recommend choosing a different company to buy your products AND warranties from .

Whatever you do, never, and mean never allow Best Buy to install a radio in your car. I made that mistake a and it was almost a fatal mistake. The installer spliced into a power lead for the cruise control and when I went to engage the cruise on the interstate, my car sped up out of control. I could have been killed. When I tried to call the store to discuss this with a manager, they won't let you let talk to one. You talk to some phone receptionist who tries to patronize you and explain how corporations work. I guess I am going to have to pay out of pocket to get this problem fixed and then file a lawsuit to force Best Buy to take responsibility for their incompetence. I bet once I file hire an attorney, they will find a manager to talk!

Long gone are the days I spend a lot of money at Best Buy. It’s really no wonder that the store seems to be ready to fall by the wayside. In the past 5 years, I’ve purchased several high-end TVs, several Apple products, many computer parts & accessories, and so much more. It used to be so easy, as I’d walk in and people are eager to help me. Today and the last few times have been different. Today, I walk in there to pick up another OLED TV. I meander through the department for close to 10 minutes, looking for an employee to greet me, but nothing. Eventually, some walk by, but nobody says “hello”, and nobody offers to help. I see them help others that strolled through after my arrival, but I received zero help. Costco got my business today, and I believe that they will continue to. Best Buy just doesn’t want our money unless it’s to sell us subscriptions to their services.
