Went in to buy a new TV we were looking at a smart TV two employees back they're worried about building a display we cannot get any help whatsoever there were two other customers back there needing help neither one of these employees would help anybody ended up pushing a 77 inch TV all the way across the store ask the employee that was back there about getting a card or something his response was well I don't know we got zero help pushing this big TV literally dragging it across the floor to take it to the front to pay for it they need to get their priorities straight building their display almost cost them to sell two other people there were trying to get help and again the two employees were more concerned with building a display then helping any of the customers their extremely poor customer service they need to get their priorities straight

At the store, I needed help with my cellphone locking up......Kody Taylor and Coraline Clawthorne were soooo awesome. They deserve a promotion or a bonus for helping me for over 2+ hours. I will always come back to that Best Buy store on Monroe St. to have Kody and Coraline help me. I will never go to another Verizon store ever after getting such excellent care and service.
Rep guaranteed me that the Insignia Replacement Remote works on all Insignia Fire TVs. You be the judge. 1 hour round trip to get something that couldn't even be used as a paper weight, much less control a television. Now, I'll have to make another hour trip to "try again".

Best Buy has the worst customer service. Spent $1200 on a laptop was told with the store membership I would get it the next day. 2 days later it still hasn’t shipped. Call the store and get call centers all around the world and get told to wait on the shipper then I get told it was delivered. Now I’m being put on hold and ignored then hung up on. I am not even confident if I asked for a refund I would get it. Absolutely regret spending my money here.
