They need to re train their employees at this location & update their product availability, the only good service I got was from the door greeter, he was amazing ! Even the manager I requested had a “I don’t want to be here” attitude & wasn’t trying to understand me. Was in for a phone purchase just to be reminded as to why I usually online shop but for a $2,000 phone I would prefer in store pick up. I kept being told they have it in stock and then I was also told they don’t keep it in stock (z fold 7). I would’ve never showed up to waste my time or yours, trust me.
