I had an excellent experience at Best Buy! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. They answered all my questions with patience and made sure I found exactly what I needed. The checkout process was smooth, and they even helped me load everything into my car. It’s rare these days to get this level of customer service, and I truly appreciated it. I’ll definitely be coming back—highly recommend!

Made appointment with geek squad, got in the right line. Waited 45 mins past my appointment in line while other people without appointments were helped in front of me. No idea what the appointments are for. No appointment names were called during this time neither. Very odd. Customer service was decent though when I got to the front

Ordered a TV for pickup (ready in an hour is what website says) got there waited 3 hrs only for the associate to say it takes alot longer and my order wasn't even prepped yet. As I was driving home received email of canceled order for non pickup. Complete waste of my time.

Hello, Thanks for sharing your feedback. Ordering an item for store pickup should be a simple and quick way to get the items you are looking to purchase. I understand having your order take longer than expected and then find out it was cancelled, wouldn't have been welcome news. While we do our best to ensure that pickup orders are available within an hour, like mentioned on our site, there may be times when this can take longer. This could be due to various security checks that can occur on orders or even the store not being able to immediately find the item. For this reason, we advise that you not go to the store, until you've received the email stating that the item is ready to be picked up. I'm not sure why you received the email stating that the order was cancelled due to not being picked up, as that should only occur if a customer has not picked up their order within five days of receiving the notification that the order is ready. I'd like to have this be looked into further with you.
