Purchased an iPad, Apple Pencil pro, glass protector and iPad case for my daughter’s birthday. Several hundred dollars worth of equipment. Went to return/swap the case as I accidentally picked the wrong size out. Their return policy is only 15 days unless you pay mega corp $50/year to have “extended return” window. Explained the situation to the manager he said no return, no exceptions. The case was only $24, in original packaging and unused. I was going to purchase another item in the store that we needed but not anymore. Best Buy has lost my business from here on. 15 day return is crazy short. Amazon does 30-60 day return windows and you don’t need a “membership” to qualify for that. I also don’t need to drive to the store to buy or return. Back to Amazon for purchases like this. Huge L for Best Buy.
We went into Best Buy in Holland to purchase an IPad. We were helped by Steve Davis. This guy was awesome from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable and even talked us in to buying a Best Buy Membership after I had just cancelled ours that we had for years in November because of bad service at Best Buy in Brandon, Florida. Steve was very kind and helpful and if I owned my own company this is the kind of guy I would want as an employee. Hopefully he can move up the company ladder. We would like to Thank him and wish him Great success.
Older store, so dark inside. Prices higher than other stores and higher than from manufacturers on their websites. No good deals to be found.
