If Zero Stars was an option I'd give that to Best Buy
The store is not like it used to be. Not well kept and the stock is small.

My wife and I were looking to purchase our first new laptops in about 10 years and we walked out with a great deal. Employee AJ helped us find exactly what we were looking for and gave us some good information for a future printer purchase.
My husband and I went to look for a new computer. There were two employees working thst section never once acknowledged us, never asked if we needed anything, just completely ignored us so we walked away. We spent a tatotal pf 45mins in the store. We stopped to look at washer and dryers and finally after being in the store for a good 35mins someone finally asked if we needed any help at that time we were over it so we left
