Not enough staff to answer your questions and only one cashier for check out and return customer. I have been shopping at this store for more than 10 years and their customer service is not as good as before.
Zack is an absolute pleasure to work with!!! Highly recommend!! My husband needed to upgraded his phone for his business trip. The catch? We had about 20 minutes to spare inbetween trips.... Zack was able to work quick, efficiently, and all with a smile on his face! Cool dude, great experience! Thanks brotha!!!!

Called to get Geek squad to house. I had to request another person. 3. T I M E S.!!! ALL OBVIOUSLY INDIA SPEAKING PEOPLE. ALL BROKEN ENGLISH. COULD NOT UNDERSTAND ALL 3 DIFFERENT ASSOCIATES PUT ON PHONE. FORWARDED. TO INDIA CALL CENTER.
THIS IS THE USA. RIGHT BEST BUY MGT?????? COME. ON. YOU CAN DO BETTER¡!!!!!!!
