Stop selling 3rd party insurance.
DO NOT BUY BEATS, VERIZON, TMOBILE or any other items from Best Buy. Why - because of the hassel when there is an issue with product and you are advised to go to the Manufacturer directly for resolution. What is the point of purchasing through BEST BUY if this is the behavior. Unless you don't value your time - go for it. If you do, take that extra time go to the Vendor directly and get your money worth.
$$ is not appreciated at BEST BUY.

My 85 year old mother bought a refrigerator from Best Buy in Glendale, AZ a month ago. It was supposed to be to be delivered the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. They called and set a time for delivery. They did not show up or call to say they were not coming. Come to find out they didn’t even have the fridge. So the story continues. Best Buy doesn’t answer their phones, so she went down there and camcelled her order. The manager couldn’t figure out how to issue a refund. She has to wait 2 weeks. The manager, Joel, couldn’t care less about their failure. I give them an “F” for customer support. We’re buying the same fridge from their competitor.
