I went there today to buy a headphone and a keyboard for my ipad. I walked to where apple products sell and the guy who standing there told me to walk to the counter. “He could just get me what already there!” When i walked to the counter the girl who was at the counter got me a keboard and i told her i need to buy headphone too. Then she said something and asked me to walk back where they have apple products zone and she will send someone to me! I saw they have their headphone in their ears all the time. They do not use for communicating when they are working at all? I have to wait there for almost 20 min, which i didnt know why i have to wait and the guy there then walked me to where there are headphone zone and i got it. Then i have no idea if i have to wait for the girl in the front to get what i order to be done. So the guy at the apple zone told me to go to the counter again. I have to wait and walked back and forth which i am not happy with that, that they do not care for customer! Not professional providing service for customer at all!!! I went there to buy to paid not to get for free!!!

I had an awesome experience at the Best Buy on 83rd Bell Road on 24 Oct 2025. Shane and Reuben assisted me in selecting a new computer system and LED TVs. Shane and Reuben were professional courteous and friendly. They answered all my questions and I was very satisfied with my purchases. I recommend Best Buy as they have a big selection of electronics and the prices are competitive and will be priced matched.
