I like this store but I won't buy electronics from here again. I have bought a new laptop every 2 yrs for the last 15 yrs. There was a brief moment when I had one for 5yrs, and I bought that one at Office Depot. I didn't buy these laptops because I just love a new model, I bought them because around the 14 month mark, they start breaking and then quitting on me. Every. Single. One. I have spent at least $500 and the most I spent was $2500. I loved each and everyone and they died. You know what else cramps out on me? Printers. I have a printer and computer graveyard from Best Buy. Wanna know what else? Couple a TVs, and 2 microwaves... all from Best Buy. So now I just look around and go find the thing elsewhere. Because there is a time limit on their goods and it is unfortunately a predictable time frame. This is just MY experience.

All of the sales staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. We were there looking for a portable speaker with an AUX plug. Unfortunately all we found were Bluetooth.

I will never buy anything at best buy again. Part of what I purchased was left at the Boardman store and after 25 calls and being consistently sent to India customer service I still cannot get ahold of anyone at the store.

Went in for a mouse I knew what I wanted, it was there. I didn't like that the sales person tried to convince me to get a wireless mouse as opposed to wired. I am visiting from out of town and just needed it for emergency purposes.
