The manager with ponytail and glasses allows people to cut huge lines and even with wittnesses still let the guy do it and did not care at all even with 40 witnesses

Total tech is totally pain in the butt. Reluctant to help. They make it as hard as possible for you. If they didn't trick me into paying for their $200 terrible service already, id definitely go somewhere else. But got to try and squeeze a little valve out of them.

Purchased a Tv and delivered on Tuesday, paid extra to have the T V set up professionals. We are elderly and have not purchased a Tv in many years. Geek squad unpacked TV and set it on the the cabinet. He told us the Tv couldn’t not be set up due to having old box from Spectrum. We called Spectrum and they are sending a new box, which we have not received. I just spoke with a human being at Best Buy and will forward my complaint to management. Not happy!
