The store manager was extremely rude and condescending. He refused to price match Costco, even though Best Buy clearly matches Costco because we weren’t close to a store. They price match Amazon even though they don’t have a physical store.I bought the item left called the 1-800 number. I was instantly given the price match. I had to stop into the Niles store. They said they would even price match Costco. This item wasn’t even a member only price. Plus these stores should be held to a higher standard. When no one is around at the check out and all the stuff is walking by ignoring you is very unprofessional.
