Disappointed with the way Best Buy works!! I ordered a canon lens brand new. The first time they shipped it, it came in a generic brown box with deflated bubble bag (so minimal protection from transportation), no manual, no papers, the lens was wrapped in a thin foam. The lens also had some dusts on the glass when I removed the caps too. Came in for a return and ordered a new one. 1 week later, I came back to pick up the new lens. And it is the EXACT same lens in the exact same box. Even the Best Buy team was baffling about it. Then we did another round of return and replacement, and guess what, the lens I received is the EXACT same one as the previous two times. Pretty disappointed with the way things work at Best Buy. Will most likely not ordering anything from Best Buy in the future. ***Updates: too bad google doesn’t have option for 0 start review. BestBuy reach out to me to fix the issue. I was told that if I order a new lens, it’ll be a new lens. And guess what, I got the same lens and the same sloppy packaging as the previous 3 times (only this time they switch out to a different brown box, maybe that’s the improvement? Lmao) It’s a shame the way Best Buy is operating!

Ramsey is the rudest employee. He the way treated disabled, elderly customers and other employees. I was appalled and disgusted by his treatment to a coworker who was on the verge of tears and continuously apologized for his behavior. This is the 2nd time in a 3 day period. A shame. Not a Good look Best Buy
