USELESS AND A WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!! My husband brought his PC in to geek squad because it would turn off. He replaced the GPU on it after an incident with liquid getting spilt on it. Well it would still turn on and then turn off a couple seconds later. We brought it in the first time, they gave it back saying there was no issue that they could find, they ran every test and did their normal tests of leaving it on over night etc, etc. We brought it home, it ran for 10 mins and would no longer turn on. So we brought it back a second time, this time we got it back with the same answer, everything is fine. We got tired of the empty answers so we called out an actual PC tech. Within an hour he figured out the power button is sticky which made the PC keep turning off because it wasn’t working properly. On top of this, geek was $100 and then this man was $85. Geek Squad will be hearing from me to get a full refund and I will never bring electronics there ever again. They are a WASTE OF MONEY!!!!! Do not use them!!!!!

But the blonde attendant at the front was playing clash royal and when I asked where the SSDs/hard drives were he gave a general direction and area but I walked all around and couldn’t find it, and then couldn’t find another bestbuy employee for assistance so ended up just leaving and ordering what I wanted on newegg
