I’ve been coming to the store for many years. And today I came in to purchase a pair of AirPods. I’m kind of a shy person at heart and I just wanted to give a shout out. But a gentleman named Giddeon helped me. He was also very informative about the different options between the AirPods 5 and 4 because I was looking at the 4. He wasn’t pushy. He was just very informative of telling me the differences between the two which I appreciated greatly. Amazing customer service! I just read another review about him and seriously please promote him! No offense to management or the way the store is set up. But you need gentlemen like him and your store to make it run efficiently! Thank you again for your help today! Truly appreciated! (:

Very unprofessional will never pre-pay for a purchase because they lie. Now I’ll be waiting 7-10 days for a refund. This is unacceptable behavior. Train employees better.
