Very bad customer service. Their employee talked to my mother so rudely as he was giving things for free. We asked him to call the manager and the manager never came. We always buy from Best Buy but never buying again especially from this branch. Ruined our whole day

Was having issues with my brand new PC I built. I’ve only had Apple (ARM BASED) systems only so setting up the windows boot drive was a pain. I brought my drive with the download with my explanation to the Geek Squad today. I didn’t get the name but he seemed like the main repair tech on staff.
He asked if I wanted to keep anything on the drive before formatting it and he’d take a few minutes to get me setup for success. A few minutes later, came back and instructed me with a few pointers and tips to get me running well.
Was able to get my system on Windows in no time!
Super helpful, quick, and amazingly kind!
