🚨 FRAUD, RACIAL DISCRIMINATION & POLICE INTIMIDATION AT STORE #269! 🚨
Do not trust this store! They use language barriers to scam customers, steal trade-ins, and then threaten you with arrest when you ask for your money.
I traded my S24 Ultra for an S26 Ultra. Employee ASIF scammed me on day one by putting $390 instead of the promised $490 trade-in value. The next day, Store Manager BARBARA was extremely racist and hostile towards me because my English isn't perfect, refusing to honor the official Samsung $590 price match. Later, corporate support (MASOOD) confirmed my total price should be $1,289, but the store secretly charged me over $1,400!
I have already paid my first month's payment on this device based on their lies! When I went back today to get my rights, Asif admitted there was a mistake, but Manager DANIEL refused to refund me, using the excuse that "a month has passed"—proving they intentionally stalled me for weeks so the return window would close while they take my money! When I demanded my refund, Daniel became aggressive and said, "Leave right now or I will call the police and have you arrested." He then ordered Asif to completely ignore me.
This branch is running a criminal, bait-and-switch operation. They steal your phone on paper, make you pay the first installment, and use the police to threaten you when you catch them. Avoid Asif, Barbara, and Daniel. I am taking this straight to the FTC and corporate!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE (#269)! Absolute fraud, consumer manipulation, and toxic management.
I was scammed by an employee named Asif who executed a price match incorrectly to withhold my money. When I tried to resolve it, the store manager, Barbara, was extremely hostile, screamed at me, and said, "We don't work with Samsung, go buy from them directly." The next day, manager Daniel literally threatened me and brought security to kick me out just because I was asking for my rightful refund while speaking completely softly. Another manager, Masoud, lied to my face promising a fix that never happened.
Even after escalating to corporate (as shown in the screenshot), the store continues to mislead corporate to protect their numbers. I have officially filed a case with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) under Case #24857492. Do not trust Barbara, Daniel, or anyone in this location!

Lucy at Best Buy� provided amazing customer service from start to finish. I came in to pick up my open-box Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra 512GB, and she made the entire process quick and smooth. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions about which screen protector would be the best option for my phone.
Lucy also allowed me to carefully inspect the phone to make sure it was in excellent condition just like it was listed on the website, which I really appreciated. On top of that, she directed me to the Geek Squad team so they could professionally install my screen protector for me.
Overall, Lucy went above and beyond with her professionalism, helpful attitude, and efficiency. Great experience all around — definitely 5-star service!
