I visited Best Buy today to ask about repairing the back glass on my iPhone 14, and the experience was terrible. The employee who helped me was extremely rude and unprofessional. The person had long hair, and I honestly couldn’t tell if it was a man or woman — but either way, their attitude was completely unacceptable.
Instead of giving me real information about repair options, they laughed at my phone and told me to “just buy a new one.” It was embarrassing, especially since I was there with my girlfriend. I simply wanted my phone fixed, not to be made fun of or dismissed.
This is not the level of customer service anyone should receive. I hope management addresses this behavior because customers deserve respect, not sarcasm or attitude.
