Received a damaged product called online support they told me to take it into the store to have them exchange it, I did and was treated rudely by Sam or whatever his name is and the rude teenagers in the store! They wanted me to spend $500 for a replacement the product was thrown in a box and received in a busted open box!! I do t buy new I buy refurbished owned and open box and while I know they will have imperfections usually they aren’t so obvious and even if they are the product always worked this one doesn’t work!!!asked for someone over the “manager” supposedly there is no one!!! I was willing to take another refurbished product or open box but I shouldn’t have to pay for damaged goods that I received damaged! Workers were also recording me on their phones without my permission!!! Just wait til you hear from my attorney!!!!
