Terrible experience. Never had a successful trip to Best Buy. Bought open box excellent condition tv after driving two hours the whole TV was missing have its parts. Since it was nowhere near the actual description they said it’s too bad and I’ll try to refund me

Will definitely not be back to the store. Went in with my mom today who wanted to buy the 2025 moto razr. Told the employee we wanted that particular phone and he proceeded to tell us about how it's a bad phone and how we shouldn't get it but instead should buy the Samsung flip. We didn't ask for his opinion or about the more expensive phone. We knew what we wanted and should have been sold that phone. Won't be back.
