Do everything possible to avoid shopping at or ordering from Best Buy. Just got scammed on a TV delivery that has been rescheduled now 4 times. Each time, they told me it was going to be delivered. Each time it was not. I had to be the one to call and find out what happened each time. They won't even let you call the store at all, you're re-routed to a foreign country to be on hold for 30 minutes for them to tell you that you need to go into the store. Of course I got a refund at this point, but the amount of time and energy wasted ordering from these scammers is absurd. Extremely disorganized and sloppy company that does not respect the customer at all.
