It appears that some employees are not fully trained in their department. There was a lack of adequate information. When someone buys a product for the first time, a little training would help.

I went in to purchase a tablet. Sat by the display, no one came to help. Then I scanned the QR code to try to purchase - told me to go to the pick up counter to get the product and check out. Go to the counter, the kid said that’s not how it works. I show him the screen the QR code pulled up telling me to go to the counter to purchase this product in store. Sends me back to the display and says someone will help me. Stand there for 5 minutes. A bunch of employees are in a group just yapping, no one comes to help. I walked out and bought it off Amazon

When buying audiophile equipment, the Magnolia Center at Best Buy is the only place in KC to go. Great audition setup and they even negotiated a better price for me!
