Very helpful sales person
I bought a Chromebook from best buy for a customer pick up. When I arrived I was met at the door by 7 thirsty salesmen standing by the door. I don't think car dealerships do this anymore.
Customer service couldn't find the order and it took 10 minutes and 2 "managers" to get the item.
I get home and after a few day I realize that this laptop is so slow that I needed to return it.
I normally buy electronics online at Amazon with a 90 day return policy. When I found BB's policy I was astonished that it wasn't 3 months, or 2, or 1, but 15 days. That's a deal breaker for me and I will never see this company.
