My recent store pickup of a new Motorola G Stylus went very well!
The front end staff got my item and I was able to go to the cell phone staff where they copied my old Moto G contents to my newer version Moto G.
Post Covid, I know it's been tough on Bbuy and many others. I wish they still carried k-cups in the store. They barely carry them online now. Disappointing.

Eric always takes care me
Never interacted with a more unprofessional manager in my life. I already knew what I wanted and yet I got zero customer support. To top it off he blames corporate for not giving him enough sales people. All I needed was someone to unlock a cabinet, a total of 20 seconds effort. He acted too important to take those few seconds to help. He should be fired, because of him, I will never go back to Best Buy.
