Never interacted with a more unprofessional manager in my life. I already knew what I wanted and yet I got zero customer support. To top it off he blames corporate for not giving him enough sales people. All I needed was someone to unlock a cabinet, a total of 20 seconds effort. He acted too important to take those few seconds to help. He should be fired, because of him, I will never go back to Best Buy.
I came in only to recycle a computer. I am very grateful to Best buy to have this computer recycling arrangement. I don't care what I have to pay.
I could of given 5 stars if the employee at service desk had done the purchase with integrity.
I purchased a Samsung washer but after I left I noticed there is an extra charge for water hoses which were not disclosed at the time of transaction.
I know for a fact that water hoses dont very often come with the machine but at least I was hoping he would let me know while we were closing the deal.

Ty was super helpful and helping me find a computer today. I’m very grateful to find good customer service. It’s a little harder to find nowadays. You guys have a gem in that employee.
