We purchased a gaming computer set up for our son, right after Christmas. He hasn’t had much opportunity to use it, because he also got a new PS5. I used it to do writings on, and the computer has stopped functioning. It will power on, show some of the alien icons but won’t function. We are at a loss and have barely been able to use it. I fully powered it down because this has been going on for over a week (tried putting in sleep mode, powering fully down), the computer tower just won’t work. I’m not sure what to do. I tried calling and asking customer service for help…. No help..

A salesperson saw that I wantrd help, looked down at her cell phone turned her back to me and walked away. For 20 minutes watched her avoid customers while messing with her damn cell phone. Extremely rude and deterred me from making a purchase for a new computer. Akron store. Very disgusted and disappointed.

All the floor sales staff seem to be trained to manipulate conversations into closing sales or soliciting services. As someone who is relatively technology savvy, it's a condescending experience. When I picked up a TV that was an open box, it seemed like they couldn't be bothered to even speak with me. Pretty telling....
